Detection of human AAGAB by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, U2OS, and MCF-7 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-AAGAB antibody (A305-593A lot 2) used for WB at 0.04 mg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
