Brachyury Antibody (MA5-43052) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Brachyury in HeLa cells. Samples were treated with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 1% Triton X-100 in PBS, and blocked with 10% serum, incubated in Brachyury monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-43052) at a dilution of 1:60, followed by Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is an embryonic nuclear transcription factor that binds to a specific DNA element, the palindromic T-site. It binds through a region in its N-terminus, called the T-box, and effects transcription of genes required for mesoderm formation and differentiation. The protein is localized to notochord-derived cells.
