CTRP2, also known as adiponectin C1q and collagen domain-containing protein 2, is a protein that belongs to the C1q/TNF-related protein family. It is expressed in various tissues, including adipose tissue, skeletal muscle, and the heart, and is involved in the regulation of energy metabolism and insulin sensitivity. CTRP2 has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and cardioprotective effects.
