Lane 1: mouse lung lysates Lane 2: mouse stomach lysates probed with Anti EIF5 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10035R) at 1:200 in 4°C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 90 min in 37°C. Predicted band 47 kD. Observed band size: 47 kD.

Target Information
Probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates. May be required for development of the head mesenchyme and neural tube closure.
