ABCB5 Antibody (PA5-13114) in WB
Western blot analysis of ABCB5 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with ABCB5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-13114) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: A431 whole cell lysate; Lane 2: K562 whole cell lysate; Lane 3: HL-60 whole cell lysate; Lane 4: A375 whole cell lysate; Lane 5: A2058 whole cell lysate. Predicted band size: 138 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
