ABS 002-49-02 is specific for C1s proenzyme and activated free C1s and C1s in complex with C1 inhibitor.
ABS 002-49-02 has been successfully used in ELISA procedures. ABS 002-49-02 reacts in ELISA when tested with activated C1s enzyme directly coated onto the microtiter well or in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody in coat.
The ABS 002-49-02 immunogen is Human plasma C1s Proenzyme.
Epitope of ABS 002-49-02 differs from that of ABS 002-09-02.
NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/mL
This gene encodes a serine protease, which is a major constituent of the human complement subcomponent C1. C1s associates with two other complement components C1r and C1q in order to yield the first component of the serum complement system. Defects in this gene are the cause of selective C1s deficiency.
