Preparation: This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, recombinant Human CD160 (Met1-Leu158) and conjugated with PE under optimum conditions, the unreacted PE was removed.
Storage: This antibody can be stored at 2C-8C for twelve months without detectable loss of activity. Protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze! Sodium azide is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Flush with large volumes of water during disposal.
CD160 is a receptor showing broad specificity for both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules. CD160 is expressed at the cell surface as a tightly disulfide-linked multimer. It is involved in cell proliferation, cell surface receptor signaling pathways, cellular defense response, and regulation of immune response.
