CD32 Antibody (PA5-114980) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CD32 in HeLa cells. Samples were treated with PFA, permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked in 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), and incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114980) at a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr at 37°C). Secondary staining was applied with Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (red) using a dilution of 1:600.

Target Information
This gene encodes one member of a family of immunoglobulin Fc receptor genes found on the surface of many immune response cells. The protein encoded by this gene is a cell surface receptor found on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, and is involved in the process of phagocytosis and clearing of immune complexes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
