CSF2RA Antibody (MA5-23918) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CSF2RA in immersion fixed J774A.1 mouse reticulum cell sarcoma macrophage cell line. Samples were incubated in CSF2RA monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23918) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to cell surfaces and cytoplasm.

In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) GM-CSF R alpha orrhGM-CSF R beta is observed.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is the alpha subunit of the heterodimeric receptor for colony stimulating factor 2, a cytokine which controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes and macrophages. The encoded protein is a member of the cytokine family of receptors. This gene is found in the pseudoautosomal region (PAR) of the X and Y chromosomes. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene, with some of the isoforms being membrane-bound and others being soluble.
