CXCL2 Antibody (500-P75BT-25UG) in ELISA
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 µg/mL of CXCL2 Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # 500-P75BT-1MG) is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech CXCL2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # 500-P75-1MG) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2.

Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 (CXCL2). Anti-Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 (CXCL2)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant Rat GRO-beta/MIP-2 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Produced by activated monocytes and neutrophils and expressed at sites of inflammation. Hematoregulatory chemokine, which, in vitro, suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. GRO-beta(5-73) shows a highly enhanced hematopoietic activity.
