CXCL2 Antibody — Figure 8 Fisetin reduces inflammation and expression of CXCLs in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells were pre-treated with LPS (100 ng/ml) for 2 h, followed by treatment with fisetin (15 or 30 u M) for another 24 h. Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as ~150 kDa band and upon reduction generating a ~25 kDa light chain band and a ~50 kDa heavy chain.
