This antibody has been tested in direct ELISA: A 1:4000 dilution was an effective probe for 125 ng of C. difficile Binary Toxin A Subunit. The antibody titre, measured at the midpoint, was 1:56,000 of a 2.0 mg/mL solution (90 ng/mL) using a 2 µg coating of C. difficile Binary Toxin, A Subunit. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
