DDO Antibody (PA5-24725) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of DDO in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded lung tissue. Samples were incubated with DDO polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-24725) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
DDO is a peroxisomal flavoprotein that catalyzes the oxidative deamination of D-aspartate and N-methyl D-aspartate. Flavin adenine dinucleotide or 6-hydroxyflavin adenine dinucleotide can serve as the cofactor in this reaction.
