Detection of human and mouse DDX41 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (50, 15 µg) and mouse NIH3T3 (50 µg) cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DDX41 antibody A301-050A-M (lot A301-050A-M-2) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Target Information
Probable ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX41 is a DEAD box protein characterized by the conserved motif Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp. It is required during post-transcriptional gene expression and may be involved in pre-mRNA splicing. Mutations affecting the gene can result in myeloproliferative/lymphoproliferative neoplasms, familial (MPLPF).
