FOLR4 Antibody (PA5-47813) in WB
Western blot analysis of FOLR4 in mouse CD+CD25+ regulatory T cells. Samples were incubated in FOLR4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47813) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Sulfate 3‚O‚Sulfotransferase 4/HS3ST4 at approximately 58 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) FOLR1, rhFOLR2, rhFOLR3, and rhFOLR4 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
FR4 is a heavily glycosylated 35 kD receptor for folic acid and the physiologic circulating form of the vitamin, N5-methyltetrahydrofolate. Natural T regs have high levels of FR4 and together with CD25 can be used to distinguish natural Tregs, effector T cells, memory-like T cells and naive T cells. In vivo studies with eBioTH6 show a decrease in the number of CD4+CD25+ cells and an enhanced tumor response leading to the elimination of advanced stages of tumors.
