MA5-15367 targets HRP in indirect ELISA, WB applications and shows reactivity with Tag samples.
The MA5-15367 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of HRP expressed in E. Coli.
HRP, also known as horseradish peroxidase, is an enzyme that is commonly used in biochemistry and molecular biology research. It is derived from the root of the horseradish plant and catalyzes the oxidation of a wide range of substrates in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. HRP is widely used as a detection enzyme in immunoassays, such as ELISAs and Western blots, due to its high sensitivity and stability. It can also be used as a tracer in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) and as a labeling agent in fluorescent microscopy.
