Invitrogen
FIGURE: 1 / 1
Preparation: This antibody was obtained from a rabbit immunized with purified, recombinant Mouse IFNGR1 (CD119) (Met1-Asp253) and conjugated with PE under optimum conditions, the unreacted PE was removed.
Storage: This antibody can be stored at 2C-8C for twelve months without detectable loss of activity. Protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze! Sodium azide is toxic to cells and should be disposed of properly. Flush with large volumes of water during disposal.
This gene (IFNGR1) encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the gamma interferon receptor. Human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2. A genetic variation in IFNGR1 is associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection. In addition, defects in IFNGR1 are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease, also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
