AA Sequence of recombinant protein: QITHATETKE VQSSLKAQQG LEIEMFHMGF QDSSDCCLSY NSRIQCSRFI GYFPTSGGCT RPGIIFISKR GFQVCANPSD RRVQRCIERL EQNSQPRTYK Q.
Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10). Anti-Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing an immobilized Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10)matrix.
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10) by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10) (500-P117Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10).
Western Blot: To detect Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10) by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/mL. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for Recombinant Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10) is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
MIP-1gamma is a CC chemokine found in murine blood and a wide variety of murine tissues, with no known human homolog. MIP-1gamma signals through the CCR1 receptor. MIP-1gamma chemoattracts neutrophils, and also inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. MIP-1gamma contains six cysteines, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
