MIP-3 alpha Antibody (500-M28-500UG) in ELISA
Sandwich ELISA: Assuming 100 µL/well, a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/mL of MIP-3 alpha Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 500-M28-500UG) will detect at least 1,000 pg/mL of Recombinant Human MIP-3alpha (CCL20) when used with PeproTech MIP-3 alpha Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # 500-P95ABT-1MG) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 µg/mL.

Preparation: Produced in mice immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MIP-3alpha (CCL20). Anti-Human MIP-3alpha (CCL20)-specific antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Target Information
Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3 alpha (MIP-3alpha), also called CCL20, is expressed in the liver, lungs, lymph nodes and peripheral blood lymphocytes. MIP-3alpha is strongly up regulated by inflammatory signals, and down regulated by the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10. MIP3alpha signals through the G protein-coupled receptor, CCR6, and acts as a chemoattractant to lymphocytes and dendritic cells.
