NDE1 Antibody (A301-972A) in WB
Detection of human NDE1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NDE1 antibody (Product # A301-972A) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL (A) and 1 µg/mL (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. NDE1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NDE1 antibodies (BL7889 and Product # A301-974A), which recognize downstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).

Target Information
NDE1 is s a member of the nuclear distribution E (NudE) family of proteins. It is localized at the centrosome and interacts with other centrosome components as part of a multiprotein complex that regulates dynein function. NDE1 protein plays an essential role in microtubule organization, mitosis and neuronal migration. Mutations to the gene lead to Lissencephaly 4 (LIS4) and Microhydranencephaly (MHAC).
