Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded NDRG2 in human gastric tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with NDRG2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102726) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

NDRG2's gene is a member of the N-myc downregulated gene family which belongs to the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily. NDRG2 is a cytoplasmic protein that may play a role in neurite outgrowth.
