Western blot analysis of P2Y10 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with P2Y10 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-120460) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 45s.

Target Information
P2Y10 belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors, that are preferentially activated by adenosine and uridine nucleotides. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein isoform have been found for this gene. P2Y10 has been reported to be expressed in lymphoid cells and in monocytes derived from dendritic cells.
