PAK1 Antibody (PA5-34696) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of PAK1 was performed using 70% confluent log phase Caco-2 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 45 minutes at room temperature. Target Information
PAK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that is a target for restenosis, cancer, and immunosuppression treatment. These proteins serve as targets for the small GTP binding proteins Cdc42 and Rac and have been implicated in a wide range of biological activities. PAK1 regulates cell motility and morphology.
