PARG Antibody (MA5-27003) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue. To expose target proteins, heat-induced epitope retrieval by 1mM EDTA in 10mM Tris buffer (pH8.5) at 120°C for 3 min. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a PARG monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27003) at a dilution of 1:150.

Poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase (PARG) is the major enzyme responsible for the catabolism of poly(ADP-ribose), a reversible covalent-modifier of chromosomal proteins. The protein is found in many tissues and may be subject to proteolysis generating smaller, active products.
