Betaarterivirus suid 1, formerly (PRRS, Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus), is a virus that causes a disease of pigs, called porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, also known as blue-ear pig disease. The Nucleocapsid protein is an internal structure of the virus that comprised of the association of the N protein and the RNA genome.
