RAB32 Antibody (PA5-78351) in WB
Western Blot analysis of RAB32 was performed by separating 30 µg of various whole cell extracts by 12% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a RAB32 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78351) at a dilution of 1:500 and a HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.

Target Information
RAB32 acts as an A-kinase anchoring protein by binding to the type II regulatory subunit of protein kinase A and anchoring it to the mitochondrion. Also involved in synchronization of mitochondrial fission. Plays a role in the maturation of phagosomes that engulf pathogens, such as S.aureus and M.tuberculosis.
