SAMHD1 Antibody (PA5-27898) in WB
Western blot was performed using Anti-SAMHD1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27898) and a 72 kDa band corresponding to SAMHD1 was observed in all cell and tissue lysates tested except Jurkat, U-937 and Rat Brain. Lower expression of SAMHD1 was observed in Rat Brain as compared to Rat Spleen [10.1016/s0165-2478(00)00276-5].
