Detection of human and mouse TTC37 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from GaMG, HEK293T, U2OS, TCMK-1, and NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified Rabbit anti-TTC37 antibody (A305-857A lot 1) used for WB at 0.1 mg/mL. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (A120-101P). Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time time of 30 seconds.
