A human tonsil section visualized with fluorescent Qdot® nanocrystal conjugates. Ki67 in the nuclei of proliferating B-cells was labeled with a rabbit anti-Ki67 primary antibody and visualized using red-fluorescent Qdot® 585 goat F(ab')2 anti-rabbit IgG (Q11411MP). Keratin in the peripheral stromal cells was labeled with a mouse anti-pan-keratin monoclonal antibody and visualized using a biotin-goat anti-mouse IgG followed by a green-fluorescent Qdot® 525 streptavidin conjugate (Q10141MP). Nuclei were stained with blue-fluorescent Hoechst 33342 (H1399, H3570, H21492).
