Functional groups are structural units within organic compounds defined by specific atom and bond arrangements. Infrared is a powerful identification tool for functional groups because of the similar absorption frequencies for those groups in different molecules. The actual frequency is affected by the environment, so the reference chart shows wide bands rather than specific frequencies. The identification of functional groups is a cornerstone of IR spectroscopy and organic chemistry.
To help make your job easier, we outlined the basic organic functional groups, their positions of infrared bans, their relative peak intensities, and their functional group representation. Download this easy-to-read chart.

Ravindra,
I cannot answer your question as given here. I would need either the raw data or a picture to even begin, as the large number of peaks you list is very confusing. A look at the spectrum would be the only way to help you.
Please I do have some FTIR scanned results/peaks i would like to analyse, please do reach out to me via skygold12@gmail.com so i can forward them to you please.
thanks
Kindly assist me with the full analysis of these FTIR results.
you can reach me skygold12@gmail.com so i can send over the pictures of the Scan/pictures.
