Complex global supply chains mean it is more important than ever for manufacturers to monitor food safety throughout all their processes. Food safety requires extensive scheduled testing of facilities to monitor for the presence of potential contamination. Identifying the critical control points for the program is essential to support business and ensure adherence to changing regulations, and historical data is required as part of a risk analysis. This webinar will present a time saving, paperless, and cost-effective solution to manage the monitoring program guided by ISO 22000. Test data is presented in meaningful formats so that management can assess food safety conditions at a glance. The management of samples for analysis, whether the management is internal or through third parties, is addressed within the guidelines of ISO 17025.
