Simply perform spatial biology tissue imaging by utilizing a multiplex approach to simultaneously detect biomarkers through fluorescence and brightfield.
This page describes the EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System and provides a link to receive a demo or quote.
The Invitrogen EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System can complete the imaging process quickly to its capability to generate a fully stitched, unmixed, multiplexed image for multiple samples. It offers a single operating software that simplifies the imaging process, allowing users to effortlessly navigate through each step required to acquire a multiplex image. This intuitive interface makes it easy for users to quickly become familiar with the system and efficiently perform their experiments, regardless of their level of expertise.
Feedback about the EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System provided from Jennifer Gantchev, PhD.
Unlike existing technologies that can take several days to weeks, the EVOS S1000 instrument can complete the imaging process within several hours, with the greatest time savings found in its capability to generate a fully stitched, unmixed, multiplexed image for multiple samples. With the EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System, you have the flexibility to use a variety of label technologies, allowing you to select and utilize your preferred antibodies, secondaries, and reagents. The instrument outputs OME-TIFF files that are compatible with any third-party analysis software such as Halo and QuPath.
The Spatial Biology Multiplex Workflow incorporates the EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System that multiplexes more biomarkers with the use of spectral unmixing. This software reduces autofluorescence interference and fluorescence crosstalk for more accurate data.
The Invitrogen EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System can be purchased in participating countries and regions including US, Canada, and Europe for 2024.
