Custom manufacturing

We have been manufacturing products for many years, with an extensive database of production methods for over 8,000 products.

We offer synthesis capabilities from our facility located in Heysham, UK. Our two production laboratories on the site are staffed by highly qualified chemists and have the capability to produce a wide range of products from gram to hundred-kilogram quantities. Custom synthesis is backed by an RC1 reaction calorimeter. This, and our strong emphasis on method development, as well as a modern, well-equipped quality control laboratory, provide the detailed, reliable information needed for thorough scale-up and process safety studies that our customers can rely on.

Our specialty teams have the experience to match your requirements to the production site that will produce the materials, whether they are existing products or custom items. In addition, we offer flexible custom manufacturing services that produce quality products with the assurance of full confidentiality and can enter into Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect intellectual property.

We employ advanced quality control systems for both in-process and final testing phases. The high standard of our modern quality control and assurance facilities is matched by the expertise of our experienced staff.
