Live HeLa cells stained with the reagents in the Image-iT® LIVE Lysosomal and Nuclear Labeling Kit.

Live HeLa cells were transfected using pShooter vector pCMV/myc/mito/GFP and Lipofectamine 2000 transfection reagent and stained with the reagents in the Image-iT® LIVE Lysosomal and Nuclear Labeling Kit (I34202). Lysosomes were stained with LysoTracker® Red DND-99. Cells were visualized using epifluorescence microscopy.
