XSQ Software

The XSQ Tools project contains a set of utilities for XSQ file format conversions. Currently, this includes conversion from CSFASTA+QUAL to XSQ, conversion from XSQ to CSFASTA+QUAL, conversion to FASTQ, and splitting an XSQ file by its constituent libraries.
