One Lambda MagSort

One Lambda MagSort isolates specific HLA Antibodies using magnetic bead panels to adsorb and elute targeted antibodies.

One Lambda MagSort addresses emerging interests and challenges in adsorption and elution techniques for HLA antibody testing. Targeting individual HLA antigens enables a more focused dataset, to explore and define complex HLA antibody profiles at the antigen-specific level. This novel technology streamlines the process, reducing hands-on time for the laboratory staff, and standardizes a unique isolation approach compared to more cumbersome cell-based approaches.
