Browse learning materials by library collection

Within the Mass Spectrometry Learning Center, the Resource Library is where you can connect to all of our different educational, technical, and other learning materials by application and resource type. This includes our numerous application notes, technical notes, webinars, videos, and posters.

Mass spectrometry spectral libraries for the clinical research and forensic toxicology, and for the food safety and environmental testing communities, are also available. These libraries contain mass spectrometry databases of hundreds of compounds typically encountered during testing.

Toxicology spectral library

Over 900 compounds of interest are provided in this mass spec library for testing of prescription drugs, drugs of abuse, and toxins.

Food safety and environmental library

Over 1,600 compounds of interest are provided in this mass spec library for testing of pesticides, contaminants, veterinary drugs, mycotoxins, and perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs).
