Cells were transduced with CellLight® Lysosomes-GFP (Cat. No. C10596) and CellLight® Mitochondria-RFP (Cat. No. C10601). Following treatment with chloroquine to induce autophagosome accumulation, nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342 (Cat. No. H24192) and live-cell imaging was performed using standard DAPI/FITC/TRITC filter sets.
