After downloading the template, open it and enter each oligo (up to 200) by providing names in the first column, and sequences (in 5' to 3' order) in the second column. For each pair, enter the name and sequence for the labeled oligo on the first blank row, and then the name and sequence of the unlabeled oligo on the next blank row. Ensure that you select your desired oligo type from the dropdown below. You may also add Delivered Scale, Purification, Format and 5' Dye (in this order) or select the dropdown options below to apply to all imported sequences. (View valid option combinations)

If entire rows are left blank they will be ignored. If names or sequences are individually left blank, they will need to be entered on screen before completing your order.
