This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-64219. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
Probable guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) which may activate RAB10. Promotes the exchange of GDP to GTP, converting inactive GDP-bound Rab proteins into their active GTP-bound form. According to PubMed:8056341, it may bind to ISRE-like element (interferon-stimulated response element) of MYC P2 promoter.
