This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-61359. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Target Information
DMRTC1B, also named as Doublesex- and mab-3-related transcription factor C1, is a 192 amino acid protein, which belongs to the DMRT family. DMRTC1B is predominantly expressed in kidney, pancreas, ovary and testis. Detected in brain and in many other tissues. DMRTC1B exists two isoform and molecular weight of isoforms are 20 kDa and 13 kDa.
