Friction sealing systems
Relay on mechanism designed clips on the pipette nozzle that securely hold the tip in place. The technology eliminates the risk of tip ejection, helping reduce the potential for sample loss and contamination. Relay on a tight fit between the pipette tip and pipette nozzle.  The tip is pushed onto the nozzle until it forms a friction seal. Some variation in the force required to attach the tip, which can lead to inconsistent results.
