Combined Cohn fractions II and III from cow plasma, containing primarily ß- and γ-globulins, were run on a 2D gel and stained first with the Pro-Q Emerald 300 reagent (P21855, P21857; left) and then with the SYPRO Ruby protein gel stain (S12000, S12001, S21900, and in P21855; right).
