Live HeLa cells stained with the reagents in the Image-iT® LIVE Intracellular Membrane and Nuclear Labeling Kit.

Live HeLa cells were transfected using pShooter vector pCMV/myc/mito/GFP and Lipofectamine 2000 transfection reagent and stained with the reagents in the Image-iT® LIVE Intracellular Membrane and Nuclear Labeling Kit (I34407). Intracellular membranes were stained with CellTrace™ BODIPY® TR methyl ester, and nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342. Cells were visualized using epifluorescence microscopy.
