Fixed and permeabilized bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells were labeled with the filamentous actin (F-actin) stain, fluorescein phalloidin (F432, right). An Alexa Fluor 594 anti–fluorescein/Oregon Green rabbit IgG antibody (A11091) converted the green fluorescence to red (left).
