Alec Westley is a Senior Manager, Technical Solutions Team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. With 24 years of informatics experience with enterprise solutions spanning chemical and biologics registration to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) he and his team deliver valued tailored solutions in partnership with customers. Alec started his career as an analytical chemist, then worked in commercial software development/product management at Biovia (Accelrys), then business analysis and system design for GenoLogics and Core Informatics. The breadth of his experience allows him to bring insight from across disciplines to help customers. Experience deploying solutions for laboratory management across technology approaches and biobanking enable him to support customers with proven understanding.
