*Offer valid for end-user customers purchasing direct from Life Technologies in the United States and Canada who trade-in a qualifying extraction and purification system for a credit towards a new KingFisher Apex instrument. Details of qualifying systems available from your local representative. Suppliers of life science products are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Determination of eligibility is at the sole discretion of Life Technologies. Offer valid on qualifying orders received by no later than December 31th 2022. Customer may trade-in multiple instruments which may qualify for credit towards an equal number of new KingFisher Apex instruments. No more than one trade in credit will be applied to each KingFisher Apex purchase. The value of the credit will be based on an assessment conducted by local sales representatives during the promotion period. Credit is conditional upon Life Technologies receiving good title to and possession of the trade-in instrument. Customer must request trade-in at the time the order for the new instrument is placed. Trade-in instruments must be returned to Life Technologies within 15 days following installation of the new KingFisher Apex instrument(s). Life Technologies will be responsible for shipping costs on the traded-in instrument and will coordinate shipping charges. When necessary, customer agrees to allow a Life Technologies representative to de-install the instrument from their facilities. Prior to return, Customer will fully clean the trade-in unit and decontaminate it of radioactive, biological, toxic and other dangerous or hazardous materials or substances and to complete and return a Certificate of Decontamination to Life Technologies. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Subject to country and dealer participation. Valid while supplies last and reconditioning capacity at Life Technologies. All pricing and credit values based on list price at the date of order. All offers subject to Life Technologies standard terms and conditions of sale. Title and risk in respect of the trade-in instrument shall pass upon loading to the carrier at customer’s facility. Other restrictions and conditions may apply.
