CD223 (LAG-3) Antibody (56223942) in TM

Flow cytometry intrinsically facilitates the analysis of the effects of cell treatment in heterogeneous cell populations. Antibodies are tested for staining following treatment of cells with a known stimulant. This representative image demonstrates the type of data that was used in the verification of specificity for this antibody. Legend: Normal human peripheral blood cells were unstimulated (blue histogram) or stimulated for 3 days with Con A and LPS (purple histogram). Cells were stained with Fixable Viability Dye eFluor 780, CD4 (clone SK3) and CD25 (clone CD25-4E3). Viable cells in the CD4+ gate were used for analysis. As expected based on known expression patterns, there is a significant increase in CD25 antibody staining in CD4+ T cells after stimulation.
