Transformed mouse fibroblasts (CRE BAG 2 cells).

lacZ mRNA in transformed mouse fibroblasts (CRE BAG 2 cells) are hybridized with a singly biotinylated, complementary oligonucleotide. Hybrids were then detected by incubation with a streptavidin–alkaline phosphatase conjugate in combination with the ELF 97 alkaline phosphatase substrate, both of which are provided in our ELF® 97 mRNA In Situ Hybridization Kit (Cat. No. E6604, E6605). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (Cat. No. D1306, D3571, D21490) and photographed using a longpass optical filter appropriate for DAPI.
