Eupyrene spermatozoa from the pupal testis of the gypsy moth.

Euphyrene spermatozoa from the pupal testis of the gypsy moth (Lymantria dispar) were incubated in a solution of MitoTracker Red CMXRos (Cat. No. M7512). The sample was subsequently fixed and the nuclear material was counterstained with the blue-fluorescent dsDNA dye, DAPI (Cat. No. D1306, D3571, D21490). Image contributed by Laura K.
